These are my two boys….I’ve had Bugsy since he was 8 weeks old and he has been a good…great buck. He is the father of sooooo many baby bunnies. But, it is time to retire him and let him enjoy the rest of his life in my new Chicken/Bunny garden safe from predators and being able snack on all sorts of delicious tempting morsels and plants. And I will be able to cuddle him on my purple bench. When I go into the barn area, he always comes to me hopping as fast as he can. It is so much fun watching him play and chase chickens. There is still a lot of life left in him.
Thumper is new and was already half grown when I got him. He has been a pet, however, and is pretty friendly. His breed is a Flemish Giant and supposedly will live up to the giant part when he is full grown. He’s already a big eater so I hope he will be worth using for a buck with my larger girls. I’m sure he will get his time in the garden when the weather gets warmer.
I was out with the new baby rabbits this morning and they are all doing fine. They get cute so fast. I posted a picture of one on my facebook page.
It is so rainy and gray today. One more day of data entry and I will be finished. To think I used to do this every day. Once the sun begins to shine again, I will be glad that it is all finished and I can concentrate on sunshiny chores.
Hope you have a great day!!!!
